Open Arms Living LLC provides Host Home services under the Colorado DD Waiver in accordance with HCBS requirements. All Host Home providers are thoroughly screened, trained, and monitored to meet state standards and service requirements.

As part of our agency responsibilities, we also provide Host Home referral and placement services, coordinating appropriate matches between individuals and qualified providers based on assessed needs, preferences, and support levels.
